Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms are the agreement between your company and TurnDesk for using the TurnDesk app at ops.turndesk.ai. We wrote them in plain English. If you pay an invoice through TurnDesk and do not run a cleaning company, go to section 7.
TurnDesk is software for cleaning companies. We are not part of the cleaning work or the contract between a cleaning company and its hosts. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating a workspace or using TurnDesk you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 and that you have the authority to bind the company you sign up for. “You” means that company.
TurnDesk is for businesses. It is not for personal, family or household use.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in private and your account details accurate. You are responsible for what people do under your workspace, including the team members you invite. Tell us at hello@turndesk.ai if you think someone got in without permission.
3. What TurnDesk does
TurnDesk gives cleaning companies a schedule board, messaging with cleaners and hosts, Autopilot (AI-drafted messages and suggestions), and invoicing of hosts. We change and improve the product over time.
4. Plans, trial and billing
Free trial. Your workspace is free through the date shown when you sign up. No card. Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.
Monthly. A flat monthly fee per company, at the price shown on turndesk.ai/pricing and at checkout, with unlimited users and no percentage of your invoices. It bills on the 1st of each month (UTC). The first charge is prorated to the 1st. A Monthly plan picked during your trial keeps its founding price until the date shown in Settings > Billing, and we email you 30 days before that date.
Annual. Billed once for 12 months, at the price shown on turndesk.ai/pricing and at checkout, with no proration.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. A paid plan renews automatically and we charge your payment method until you cancel. Monthly renews each month at the current monthly price. Annual renews each year at the then-published annual price.
Autopilot and usage. Autopilot has its own 14-day free trial. Usage fees, for Autopilot and for messaging, are announced before they start.
Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You pay any sales or similar tax that applies.
Failed payments. Stripe retries a failed charge. If a charge stays unpaid for 10 days, or you pick a plan and add no payment method within 10 days after your trial, your workspace goes read-only until you fix it. Your data stays there.
5. Canceling, refunds and price changes
To cancel, email hello@turndesk.ai from your account. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds. Charges are non-refundable, including the unused part of a month or an Annual plan, unless the law requires otherwise.
Price changes. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Stripe, and being paid by your hosts
Your plan is paid through Stripe Checkout. If you connect a Stripe account to take host payments, you do that directly with Stripe.
Payment processing services for cleaning companies on TurnDesk are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a cleaning company on TurnDesk, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same might be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of TurnDesk enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide TurnDesk accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize TurnDesk to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Stripe processes that data as explained in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
7. If you pay an invoice through TurnDesk
This section is for hosts. Your cleaning company sends the invoice and is the business you are paying. TurnDesk provides the software. It is not the merchant and not a party to your agreement with your cleaning company.
Card payments are processed by Stripe on the cleaning company’s behalf. Any online payment processing charge appears before you pay. Questions about the work, refunds and disputes go to your cleaning company. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
8. You and your hosts and cleaners
TurnDesk is a tool. We do not provide cleaning, employ your cleaners, set your prices, or guarantee that anyone pays you. Your contracts, your work, your invoices, your refunds and disputes with hosts, how you classify and pay your workers, and your taxes are yours to handle.
9. Texts and emails you send
You send messages to your own contacts through TurnDesk, so you are the sender and responsible for them. You must have the consent the law requires before you text or email someone, honor opt-outs, and follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM and carrier rules. Messages from TurnDesk’s own demo number are covered by our SMS Terms.
10. AI features
Some features use AI to draft messages, translate and suggest schedules. AI drafts can be wrong. Review them before you rely on them. You remain responsible for the messages you send and the decisions you make. Our app privacy page explains how these features use your information.
11. Your data
What you put in TurnDesk stays yours: your properties, jobs, contacts, messages and invoices. You give us permission to host, process and share it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to put that information in TurnDesk.
12. Acceptable use
Do not break the law with TurnDesk, send spam or unconsented messages, upload malware, try to get into other workspaces, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it.
13. Our software and your feedback
TurnDesk owns the software, its design and its name. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. If you send ideas or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything.
14. Other companies’ services
TurnDesk relies on other companies, including Stripe, sign-in providers such as Google, and SMS and email carriers. We are not responsible for their outages or for what they do under their own terms.
15. Early-access features
We may label a feature beta or early access. Those features can change or end, and can be less reliable than the rest of TurnDesk.
16. When this ends
You can stop using TurnDesk at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay, or to protect the service or other people.
We may also end your account for any reason with 30 days’ notice. If we do, we refund your unused prepaid time, as an exception to the refund rule in section 5.
After your account ends, email us within 30 days and we will send you an export of your data. After that we may delete it, apart from what we must keep by law or to show consent and opt-out records.
17. No warranties
TURNDESK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT A MESSAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.
18. Limit of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TURNDESK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.
19. Your responsibility for claims
If someone makes a claim against TurnDesk because of your cleaning services, your messages, your data, or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs, including attorneys’ fees.
20. Governing law and courts
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in California, and both sides agree to those courts.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for a material change, email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use TurnDesk after that means you accept the change.
22. Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@turndesk.ai.
