TurnDesk app privacy

Some features of the TurnDesk app at ops.turndesk.ai use artificial intelligence (AI) to help cleaning companies run their work. These include translating messages and checklists between a company and its cleaners, and Autopilot, which drafts messages, suggests schedules and helps organize work for the company.

To provide these features, we send only the information a task needs, such as message text, job details and checklist items, to carefully selected third-party AI service providers that process it on our behalf.

These providers act as our service providers. Under our agreements with them, they may use this information only to provide the feature to us, and not to train their own AI models or for any purpose of their own.

AI-generated translations and drafts can contain mistakes. The cleaning company remains responsible for the messages it sends and the decisions it makes in TurnDesk.
