These terms cover text messages sent from TurnDesk’s own demo number: the sample job updates we send when we show TurnDesk to a prospective customer, and the test messages our team sends while building it.

The program
TurnDesk makes operations software for property managers. Our demo number lets prospective customers, and our own team, see TurnDesk’s job texts on a real phone. It sends only these messages:
- New job assignments
- Tomorrow’s schedule
- Schedule changes and cancellations
- Job-complete (guest-ready) notices
- The automatic replies to HELP, STOP and START
These messages are demonstrations and tests. They are not advertising.
How you opt in
You get these texts only after you sign yourself up by texting JOIN to the TurnDesk demo number shown on the demo card with these terms.
One confirmation text follows:
TurnDesk demo: You're signed up for demo job texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
TurnDesk team members opt in the same way. Nobody is signed up on someone else’s behalf.
Agreeing to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Msg frequency varies. It depends on the demo or test jobs you’re part of; a test phone may get a schedule text each evening.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. TurnDesk charges nothing for these texts; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP at any time and we will text back how to reach us. Reply STOP at any time and we will send one message confirming you have opted out, then nothing more. To start again, reply START.
You can also opt out, or ask anything about these texts, by emailing hello@turndesk.ai.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts from a property manager
If a property management company that uses TurnDesk texts you, those messages come from that company’s own number, under its own terms and privacy policy. This page covers only TurnDesk’s demo number.
Privacy
TurnDesk does not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you take part and how we use it.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
