Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains what TurnDesk collects through turndesk.ai and through our demo text-message program, and what we do with it.
TurnDesk does not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing.
What this policy covers
It covers turndesk.ai and the TurnDesk demo and test texts described in our SMS Terms.
Property management companies that use TurnDesk send their own texts, from their own numbers. Those messages follow that company’s privacy policy, not this one.
What we collect
On this website. turndesk.ai has no forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. The Log in button takes you to the TurnDesk app at ops.turndesk.ai, which handles sign-in separately.
From demo texts. Your mobile number; the record of your consent, meaning when you signed yourself up by texting JOIN; the messages we send you and the ones you send us, such as JOIN, HELP or STOP; and the delivery status our SMS provider reports.
How we use it
To send the demo texts you signed up for, answer HELP, honor STOP, keep a record of consent and opt-outs, and fix delivery problems.
Who we share it with
We share your number and messages only with the companies that deliver them, which are our SMS provider and the mobile carriers, and only so the messages can be delivered. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any other third party.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your number and your opt-in and opt-out records while you take part in the program, and afterward for as long as we need them to show consent and to keep honoring an opt-out.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any demo text to stop receiving them.
Email hello@turndesk.ai to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Children
turndesk.ai and our demo texts are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
